      None None None and NONE!!!!!

      Employees in the same department are treated differently. 3 times the work is expected from one than the other. I work doesn't get done then written up.

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      Cons

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
