      Pros

      Competitive Pay, Fast Paced, it was something different everyday, Very few tasks that i did not like to do, Hours were always available, Great team work throughout the store.

      Cons

      We were always rushed to get things done, many of the department managers were incompetent, poor inventory control, lack of recognition and respect from management lower management, No incentives to perform.

      A few of the people are nice to work with.

      Cons

      A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
