      Ok money seeing that you work a thousand hours anyway. Great if u have good team members working with you. Great if u didn't go to college

      Cons

      No life outside of work once you are a manager 55+hours a week even have to close at 10 and be back at 630 am the next day Management only cares when corporate comes to the store, everybody loses they mind in fear of losing their jobs including GM's Some people believe u are licensed plumbers, electricians, etc. Just don't get it sometimes

      A few of the people are nice to work with.

      Cons

      A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
