      Pros

      For the most part, managers and corporate office staff are good to work with and helpful. Customers make the job rewarding. At a busy store, the bonuses can make it worth your time.

      Cons

      Long hours at retail times. I averaged 55 - 65 hours a week. Your culture and overall happiness at work very greatly by the General Manager. Little recognition or praise for a job well done.

      A few of the people are nice to work with.

      Cons

      A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
