Pros
A great place to work. They pay well for retail. You never have to worry about being bored; there's always something to do. Also, great chances for advancement within the company.
Cons
The hours are not the best. Especially if u move up into management. More responsibility and longer hours. You could be working up to 50+ hours a week instead of 40 as a full time team member.
