Menards is a good place for advancement and it pays ok. I learned a lot while working at menards and met some great people.

Cons

The hours are terrible. The management is constantly tightening things down on you. It is very stressful. The pay is not worth the ammount of stress.

Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

Cons

No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
