Not Great - Developer Menards Employee Review

Management is terrible and oppressive depending on what team you are a part of. You aren't compensated much for the position you work because Eau Claire is "cheap" to live in while the company makes billions. It's a corporate position that fits every stereotype of that type of culture with lots of bureaucracy that slows everything down.
