The pay is fair for starters.
Cons
Full of lies from day 1. When you accept the program they tell you what your salary is ( mine should have been more since I was degreed) yet they lied about it when my first check came and I confronted them. So watch your money. They throw you in departments where no one shows you anything they just use you as a freight mule to put up stock. After a week or two they pull you for a test and then move you to the next department. When you get done they say start applying to store and go on interviews, While you do that they say you can apply in the store you trained yet they will never hire you because they collect a bonus if you promote out of the store and they get back 50% of the payroll that was used on you. These are the things they will never tell you.
