      The team members are great, your managers really understand you and the GM are really close to the employees.

      Cons

      Have to work weekends, which is't bad because you get $2.50 more.

      Profit sharing for employees who work over 1,000 hours per year. Flexible with hours. Lots of resources to help employees learn and grow.

      Cons

      Late break policy a bit strict, but its never a problem.
