Pros
The longer you stay with the company the more your bonuses increase. Team members start to become like second family. Gifts every holiday and on your birthday.
Cons
Management changes often and not every new manager's work ethic is the same. Younger generation team members that promote into sales managers are not necessarily the best managers. Most feel entitled and want the title of manager, but fail when it comes to managing and work ethic. They really just want the pay. The younger generation that are being hired are ruining what once was a great company to work for. To be fair though, this company is not the only company the younger generation is ruining and work ethic has been declining at every company across the board.
