Pros
Get paid every week. No salaried positions, so everyone works hourly, you get paid what you actually work. Constant training and it's pretty easy to transfer locations and departments.
Cons
I was constantly reminded that you could get fired at any minute. The overhead cameras always felt like big brother was watching your every move.
