Pros
Good job while in college. Co-workers were nice and managers helpful. Raises are a bit sparse, only 10 cents/hour every 6 months, but as this is not my final "career" that doesn't matter as much to me.
Cons
Schedule is unpredictable, a variation of opening and closing shifts. However, that's more just the nature of retail.
