Pros
I liked many of my co-workers, many customers were characters. Many many babes work there.
Cons
Mindless drone work, if you like problem solving and free thinking look elsewhere. Company as a whole doesn't care about you, you're just another cog in the Menards machine. Expect your breaks, bathroom trips, and daily routine to be closely monitored and scrutinized. Hard to get days off. Penalized for being 6 mins late or sick. Crazy long hours with no end in site. "Oh the schedule said 6:30 to 3 so you made plans for 4? tough your here til 4 now" something like that. Miss a lot of holidays and weekend activities because you work. the list goes on but you get the picture
