      Pros

      Great place to work for if you are a the right store. IPS checks and annual bonus checks were always nice. As an AGM the monthly bonus checks were pretty hefty as well.

      Cons

      The hourly pay was pretty weak but as long as you made the really obtainable goals the bonus program made up for it.
