Pros
Good place to start a career. Get some experience, but take any chance you get to get out and move on to something outside the company. Professional organization. Training for sales team members is good. Lots of room for sales team members to move up with the company. Promote from within.
Cons
Management scheduling caused many good managers to burn out. Vacation time was minimal and required too much time to build days. Benefits were not satisfactory. Human resources position did not have much support or training. Turnover is high.
