Pros
Above minimum wage pay, usually work with good people, easy to get along with, additional $2.50 per hour on weekends, bonus check called IPS (Instant Profit Sharing) that you get if you work 1,000 hours in a year and your percentage begins at 2.5% of your gross income that year, and it goes up 2.5% every year that you make 1,000 hours. Whether you are part-time, or full-time they do that for everyone, as long as you put in 1,000 hours usually by December 15th. So being in college it was nice! Paid for a spring break trip from my IPS check, so that was awesome!
Cons
You are in a "man's world" every day and have to deal with dirty, rude contractors at times. If you are a woman working there you will more than likely get "hit on" a lot, but if you can ignore it and keep working then it's not too bad. Does not happen that often. On weekends you have families that shop there a lot, so you get more decent, respectful customers.
