Everything is mostly great as long as your schedule works for you. I worked as a regular cashier for about 8 months before being promoted to Head Cashier where I supervise the cashiers
Cons
Whenever the front end manager decides to take a break or is unavailable, you as the head cashier are expected to fill in their spot, while also tackling your usual tasks
