      The variety of jobs you can do in a distribution center keeps it interesting.

      Cons

      Working in the distribution center is sometimes very taxing physically. Assistant supervisors should be making 15 dollars an hour.

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      Cons

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
