Pros
Everyone in the company gets paid hourly. Profit sharing for everyone meeting 1000 hour requirement starting at 2.5% and maxing out at 15% of your gross income. $2.50 extra per hour for everyone who works on the weekends or recognized holidays that the company is open. Full time employees and managers get every other weekend off. Managers also get a decent bonus for making sales and payroll.
Cons
Being a manager you are required to work long hours with no regulations whereas non management is regulated to not being allowed to work more than 10 hours or work a closing shift followed by an opening shift. Negative part of the manager bonus is that you only get the bonus once a year and that is the bulk of the money you make at one time.
