Pros
As a 1st assistant manager you get decent entry level pay. The training is good for the basic programs and policies. Good people to work with. Plus room to advance if you like to work a lot and are willing to commute or move to work at different stores.
Cons
Lots of hours. Rotating schedule means working every other weekend nights and mornings. Average team member doesn't get paid a lot, so its hard to attract and keep good employees.
