      Pros

      Very flexible with hours and willing to work around my availability. I'd also say that I had some pretty great coworkers and managers while I worked there. I never doubted that my managers were on my side as long as I was doing my job.

      Cons

      Constantly short staffed due to decreasing payroll budget.

      Pros

      Profit sharing for employees who work over 1,000 hours per year. Flexible with hours. Lots of resources to help employees learn and grow.

      Cons

      Late break policy a bit strict, but its never a problem.
