Pros

Starting pay of $16/hr is better than most of every job someone with no work experience can get, and +$3/hr on weekends is really nice. Schedule flexibility was always great, as long as you had enough staff and you like planning things more than 2 weeks in advance.

Cons

A lot of the employees are in school, some even still in high school. This means that not many can cover a shift and if you’re down team members, you can get stuck always opening or closing the store with little to no in between.

Pros

A few of the people are nice to work with.

Cons

A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
