Pros
Go for the learning experience. After leaving Menards, you notice a lot of bad customer service. People around there train you well, when they actually put in the time. You become more organize in what you do. The coworkers and profit sharing are awesome.
Cons
-students do not get pay raises(unless minimum wages go up) -No balance between social and work life. Menards! Menards! Menards! -No paid time off for part-time employees, but you can still maintain 35-40 hours. -promotions can make your susceptible to being there forever. -management works ungodly amount of hours
