      Good colleagues willing to give the extra mile.

      Cons

      Appalling top management. No investment in their resources to get them to next level or at least to keep them up to date. They are dream sellers. Eight (8) years working with them. If you don't bring your knowledge from your previous experience you are not going to learn it by mentor. Once you escalate situations in your work area then they start to look how to remove you. No support form you supervisor, the client supports you more than they do.

      Attentive Staff. Great Induction for new employees. Provided basic training to help enhance employee/customer relations.

      Can't really say at the moment given the fact I have been working for one year only.

      Beware of the clients you work for Mentor protects the contracts not the employees. Try and meet with Client before accepting jobs. It will help you make a better decision. Remember the Client matters more.
