The people outside of management. Wickedly creative and talented artists and professionals. The art. Beautiful, imaginative and unique creations happening on the daily. Benefits and pay. Hard working departments who were only recognized negatively when things went wrong in the chaos that management created. The formation of the MWWCNM.
Cons
Upper Management including Sr. Department heads, Producers and Exec leadership. Bullying and harassment from Executive leadership. Belittling in meetings, slander of employees, favoritism and cliques. Constant chaos that is called start up pains when the company has been around for almost 10 years (longer if you count the first true exhibits). Lack of guidance, no clear policy or standard procedures. Constant changes with little warning or notice. Lots of Lay-Offs, consisting of people leadership just didn’t like. Outsourcing jobs to out of state contractors. Union Busting. Enough said. Claims inclusiveness but doesn’t want to hire local people-‘talent not good enough’.
