Pros
The company has great health , dental, and medical benefits. There’s Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay. There are discounts and free tickets for the exhibit. Sometimes employees are provided snacks and catering.
Cons
There are no consistent raises or bonuses, lack of communication throughout departments, doesn’t prioritize employee health or safety, lack of urgency in fixing broken equipment and art in the exhibit, PTO doubles as sick leave, very bureaucratic, upper management lack experience based on their work performance, management takes very long to implement feedback, and doesn’t receive it well. Very much a performative activism.
