Pros

The usual. You can grasp the best benefits from the reviews. PTO, especially for salaried workers that don’t have black out dates.

Cons

The differences between INC and LLCs are drastic. Exempt and non-exempt have always seemed caste like to me. Very different feel than when it was originally founded. Probably because the largest shareholder at this point is a shell company owned by Disney. One of the most cliquey places I’ve worked, it’s cult like. If you’re looking at non-exempt, go elsewhere especially if you have ambitions. If you’re going to be exempt, good luck and may the clique be in your favor.

Supportive and creative team who really takes pride in being authentic and kind to one another. They care deeply for maintaining the integrity of the artwork and the lore. Fun place to work!

Cons

No cons other than the hourly staff are not receiving as many hours as they were expecting.
