The days go by fast. Free granola bars and coffee.

Cons

Do not be lured in by the bright colors and promises of inclusivity. Meow Wolf's internal corporate culture is a corrosive toxin. Warning: Despite what is advertised, this is definitely not a safe space. No organizational mental health support, nepotism, fraternity mindset. The team, both management and customer-facing, is clique-y and not empathetic. The job is not art-focused. You just sell tickets, clean up dirty diapers, and wait for the day to be over. 1/10 - avoid this place. Work at your local movie theatre instead.

Supportive and creative team who really takes pride in being authentic and kind to one another. They care deeply for maintaining the integrity of the artwork and the lore. Fun place to work!

Cons

No cons other than the hourly staff are not receiving as many hours as they were expecting.
