The employees are amazing to work with, The inclusivity is perfect, the guests are usually really friendly, the hourly pay isn't horrible

Cons

The corporate takeover by Disney Executives is ruining the brand, Hours will get cut and you will have to do side gigs just to pay rent, they say they are a creative company but won't allow "Shrimp" to be involved in the use of their own ideas

Supportive and creative team who really takes pride in being authentic and kind to one another. They care deeply for maintaining the integrity of the artwork and the lore. Fun place to work!

Cons

No cons other than the hourly staff are not receiving as many hours as they were expecting.
