Pros
Initially, it was.... A dream job. Amazing staff. Great perks like gym membership, paid classes for school, bonuses on record breaking days. Community driven such as hosting AA meetings weekly, having a Learning Center where anyone could come in FOR FREE and do arts and crafts, different classes like teaching students how to shoot short films on their cell phones, children could come in and have books read to them. Special discount days for residents... so much greatness... initially.
Cons
The company got greedy. The CEO made decisions that ruined the NM location, and cowardly stepped down, but yet can't seem to stay away to this very day. The Learning Center was removed and turned into the Gift Shop, so AA meetings were taken away, no more arts and crafts, storytelling for kids, or classes. Anything that made it special and unique was stripped from the company. Blatant racism and harassment in management, with ZERO consequences. Also, tampering with employee's files and making things disappear. Too many things to mention...
