      Really smart people, diverse offices, lots of opportunities to work on projects, high-profile clients and strong reputation in the market

      Cons

      Pay is lagging and the company is very resistant to decent raises, benefits are subpar, disconnect between parent company leadership and reality on the ground, aging technology and surprising lack of resources for a company this size, workload and pressure is very high for below-market salaries

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
