Pros

Pay and employment opportunities are it.

Cons

Management only cares about the bottom line. They RIFT 100's of employees every year to insure the big boys and girls get their huge bonuses. They expect you to work 70-80 hours a week and on vacation. If you want to age young...this is your company!

Pros

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Cons

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
