Pros

- Quality health benefits package - Well recognized brand name

Cons

- Zero on-boarding assistance - Many bosses, few leaders - High frequency of non-revenue producing managers result in inflated overhead costs and inability to have the budget to hire and/or retain quality staff - High employee turnover - Negligible mentoring for younger colleagues - Compensation is low given the high number of hours one is expected to work - Massive internal politics - Ethics leave a great deal to be desired

We are disappointed to hear about your experience while working with us. We take a great deal of pride in our culture, values and the career opportunities available to all of our colleagues. We are always looking for ways to make the experience for our colleagues the best that it can be. We will factor your feedback in with our other colleague feedback channels and hope to prevent any other colleagues from having a similar experience.

Pros

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Cons

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
