Overworked in relation to pay, limited job security, little room for advancement. - Customer Service Representative Mercer Employee Review

Pros

Quick money, overtime more than available.

Cons

Most hiring at the Norwood office is done through a few temp agencies with a farm of workers, which in turn allows emotional managers the ability to fire you without cause. A revolving door, at least half of new hires through the temp agencies won't last a month. Not allowed to look at cell phones on the floor. Two 15 minute breaks monitored very CLOSELY. Heck they may even count the amount of times that you go to the bathroom.... not kidding.
