      Great people-You're working with highly intelligent, ambitious, genuinely nice people! Work/Life Balance-As long as you meet deadlines, work hours are flexible. Supportive lower-level management

      Cons

      Senior Level Management-Drastic decisions and lack of good communication. One minute, they are spending tons of money on needless luxuries and then cutting entire offices the next minute.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
