- Great colleagues with some senior staff members with drive, motivation, and great experience - Interesting project work - Great opportunities for learning - Great feedback program

Cons

- High turnover, especially @ lower levels - Pay should be higher @ lower levels - Poor work/ life balance - Motivation & morale was generally on the decline

Pros

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Cons

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
