Cons

Poor training, no raises, out of date software package. Changes are forced with no thought of how it impacts your ability to perform you job. Poor poor time management. No accountability - implementation mistakes and incomplete tasks given to support to fix while Implementation goes on to make the same mistakes with the next implementation. NO appreciate for the work performed.

Pros

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Cons

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
