      flexibility with vacation time good place to start your career exposure to many different consultants broad exposure to the industry

      monotonous daily work little interaction between consultants and analysts little client interaction difficult to get promoted promotions aren't based on competency

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
