Horrible management , we are just a number. No regard for work like balance. No raises for last 3 years but they tell us we are valued employees. My department just ended because of healthcare reform and they led us on for 10 months thinking we would get Severance, a month before the end date they tell us no severance and we are being transitioned into the Call Center. Out of the 10 people 4 are transitioning until we find another job. The whole Center is not happy with what they did.
