Low salary Take way too long to promote those who deserve it, so they end up leaving Little to no raises are given each year. Many people have quit due to this Some client teams are forced to work 60 hour work weeks while others never work more than 40

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Cons

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
