Pros

Great skill building early for early career. Generally people are kind and willing to help you. Very flexible with their hybrid model. Very good actuarial study program. Reasonably competitive pay.

Cons

Very actuarial focused, not too many options for advancement if you're not looking to be an actuary (although they do exist). Workload and intensity seems to be dependant on team, some teams you will be working wildly unpredictable hours while others you'll work a low stress 9-5. The in office corporate culture is weak, they say you have to be in office at least 3 times a week but it's not enforced. For the past 2 years they've gone out of their way to not do happy hours or any other form of employee engagement (except for client/business leaders). There's a heavy culture of meeting billable hour goals which incentivizes ineffeciency (in my opinion).
