      Overall a great place to work. Visible push to promote women in the last 10 years. Benefits are competitive with a pension, matching 401k, and health care.

      Cons

      Typical corporate issues trying to cope with tough economics. Compensation for performance has been pitiful the last 5+ years and salaries are no longer competitive.

      Great benefits and high salary, a lot of room for growth.

      Cons

      Experience depends highly on your manager and department. I worked my butt off and had an awful manager in a toxic department, but now I have an amazing manager in a much calmer department.
