      Capital is readily available when justified. Good team of people in manufacturing. Varied work and plenty to do.

      Workload unfairly balanced acrosss staff. Overly bureaucratic, slow decision making. Lack of development or advancement opportunities.

      Great benefits and high salary, a lot of room for growth.

      Cons

      Experience depends highly on your manager and department. I worked my butt off and had an awful manager in a toxic department, but now I have an amazing manager in a much calmer department.
