Pros
The company is innovative when looking for solutions to people, product and processes. There are many software and systems in place to support the business in our customers. Our facilities have been upgraded to provide world class manufacturing. Great thing is that during COVID, the company was prepared with all the technology to be effective while working from home, or onsite with minimal disruption in manufacturing.
Cons
The company is very demanding regarding work load. This is part of the strategic growth in which we have many initiatives working in parallel. There needs to be less meetings and more action when it comes to managers. Part of this is requires better alignment across all of Mercury Systems. Also, there needs to be more training across the board regarding data and ensuring people make decisions based on Facts rather than emotion (any negative information turns into wildfire internally and exhausts our resources). Power BI has been incorporated recently so I am positive this will help.
