Pros
Mercury's employees are great to work with. They are team players that maintain open and honest collaboration in an effort to provide quality work while keeping the company's key objectives in mind.
Cons
Mercury has very long days and relentless work scheudules often resulting in choosing life at home or life at the office. The quest for financial success is the key driver. My concern is the toll it's taking on the employees.
