Pros
The job gave me a lot of experience because of the close relationship I had with the studio manager. Trouble shooting problems in the studio helped me get comfortable and gain extensive knowledge on how to fix, manage, and get the best out of the recording studios. Interacting with students and faculty members helps create strong relationships along the way.
Cons
The salary is not the best. The school only paid me 17 hours a week, even though I worked a lot more than that. The school doesn't pay extra time, and there were sometimes issues with some of the payments. The system is not very organized yet, so you may have some difficulties because of that.
