Poorly Run - Anonymous employee Mercy College Employee Review

Worked in the Student Services Support Department, where we were expected to work in a call-center like setting while also serve as advisors, financial aid assistants, and Admissions counselors for little pay. They were not a student-centric organization but rather a money one. They would recruit solely for numbers and not for the better of the college or the prospective students.
