Highly political old boy philosophy. Superficial nod to changing archaic processes and policies, but voices are silenced when true change is needed. Adjunct Professors are majority so the quality of education is far lacking that of other universities with full time, tenured Faculty. Each school is a separate silo, where politics, versus meritocracy rules.
