Pros
Medical benefits, 401K, you are able to pray as they honor Jesus.
Cons
Physicians, Administration, and the nurses are a clique. They will team up against you to get you fired if they dont like you. Toxic work environment, racist people work for Mercy. Once I reached my 5th year of employment (which meant my base pay would've increased significantly) they fired me for no reason.
