Excellent co-worker environment, corporate mission and culture. Great pro-active and interactive individual health and incentive programs. Benefits are well above average and seemingly superior to other Health Organizations.
Cons
Lacks support from management for inter-departmental growth in FTE status/advancement. Compensation barely seemed commensurate with national average; as well as, Experience, Knowledge Skills and Abilities.
